Okay i want to buy a Dell laptop but i live in Hungary and www.dell.hu cant be in English so there is no way for me to understand the site because i would like to customize the laptop. so im asking if there is anyway dell.com ships to Hungary.

Well, I have a Gateway laptop that is stuck in safe mode and I just want to reformatthe damn thing. However, I bought it online and it didn’t come with a disk. Can I still reformat it and how ?
