Cheap Laptops and More

Well, I have a Gateway laptop that is stuck in safe mode and I just want to reformatthe damn thing. However, I bought it online and it didn’t come with a disk. Can I still reformat it and how ?

Hey i am planning on getting a laptop and i am thinking about getting a Apple Mac Book, what is a good one for games that is under 00.

OK. So I have 2 dell computers and I don’t know how to reboot it. And my dell laptop keeps saying I need the disk for a clean up or something, and i need to know how to reboot it because it wont let me access the welcome menu.
