Well, I have a Gateway laptop that is stuck in safe mode and I just want to reformatthe damn thing. However, I bought it online and it didn’t come with a disk. Can I still reformat it and how ?

I want to restore my apple computer back to the factory default. It has been freezing up and not working properly. I’m wondering do I need a disk to restore my apple laptop or can I do it from the computer itself?

I have purchased the laptop from a foreigner and I need to know in which country he purchased the laptop. The product number is FW931LA for dv5 - 1135la. Waiting for you reply….
Even HP is not sure from where the laptop is purchased and they were asking me to tell.

I just got a new dell studio laptop with windows vista. I can’t get on my home network. I type in the WEP, then it says I’m connected, but don’t have access to the internet. My old laptop worked fine, and this new one did fine with unsecured networks.
